How do I purchase one of your wigs only ?

 

• You can purchase your unit on www.chenellemade.com. There you can choose local pick up or shipping. If you’d like to see the wigs in person you are welcome to come to the salon Thursday , Friday 8-6pm and Saturday 8-1pm.

 

How do I schedule an appointment with you ?

 

• You can schedule your wig + Install bundle deals or installation only under my book now button . This will show all of my available dates and times.

 

How do I book a custom color ?

 

• Select the service you need under my book now button and then select custom color under add ons. Color is done same day . I do not offer custom color for wig only purchases.

 

How long do your wigs last?

 

• Chenellemade Wigs can last up to a year or more with proper care .

 

How long do the installations last?

 

• On average a wig installation can last 2-3 weeks . With touch ups you can extend the wear to a month .

 

What type of hair are the wigs made from ?

 

• Chenellemade Wigs are made with quality Virgin Hair that can be colored and heat styled .

 

Do you make custom wigs at request ?

 

• I do not offer custom wigs or wig construction services.

 

What lengths do do your wigs come in?

 

• Chenellemade Wigs come in bob length 10”, 18” and 24”.

 

What are your business hours ?

 

• We are open Monday 10am- 5pm and Wednesday-Saturday 10am- 6pm.
